Golden Jubilee

The Golden Jubilee National Hospital occupies the north bank of the River Clyde at Dalmuir, but receives referrals from across the country. The Golden Jubilee is home to regional and national heart and lung services, is a major centre for orthopaedics, and is the flagship hospital for reducing waiting times in key elective specialties.

The Golden Jubilee has approximately 230 patient beds and 16 operating theatres. It is the only hospital to carry our heart transplants in Scotland, one of the largest elective orthopaedic centres in Europe, and is the home of the busiest lung surgery unit in the UK.
